Just bought a beautiful Ford Explorer from this dealership and everyone was very nice and helpful. My sales guy was Patrick Mcmahon. He was such a nice non-pushy salesman that was very professional and helped me every step of the way and spent time helping set up all the features and making sure everything was perfect. The sales managers were very nice as well. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended place!
Very friendly and helpful. I arrived late and everyone from sales to finance and the Manager was happy to stay and help get the deal done. They seemed more concerned about me being there late than themselves. I know they were all making money for themselves but it was a great experience to feel like I was a welcomed guest. I purchased my daughter a convertible Mustang this time but I will be back to get myself a new F150. Great place with a great experience. 👍

Be patient! They're swamped with the population boom. I brought my old 01 Ranger in for service. I had an idea of what it was, and they pin pointed it, and fixed it. They didn't charge for a new part, but instead just lubricated it. Mr Jim was very courteous on the phone, and I never got a chance to thank the technician personally, but I sure do appreciate him. Bought my truck new there in 2001, and she's back on the road and running great, thanks to Jim and his techs. Can't say enough how awesome Jim and his team are. Highly recommend.
I can’t tell you how good this dealership is. I took out several cars with Patrick with no pressure. I mean 0 pressure. His only concern was that I liked what I drive. He said it’s no good selling something that you will regret after driving from the dealership. Then after I bought the Aviator he made sure I knew every aspect of the vehicle. The day after Patrick contacted me to make sure I was happy and to see if I had questions .
If and when I want a new car I would go back to Tidelands and ask for Patrick. (That’s the highest compliment I can give)
